Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.

John, | impressive quality but... Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

I have ordered from almost every canvas co. in Canada and your product is by far the best quality out there!!If anyone has clients you can ship direct to them and know they will be receiving the best canvas quality out there-bar none.All the little details [hangers,bumpers,dust wrap etc. are all a welcome bonus too.
