not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
KL, | but it's beautiful I received my enlarged photo, one that is very special to me. I had concerns about it being blurry, being enlarged as much as it was, but it's beautiful. I'm very happy with the way it turned out. Thank you.
