I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad

My canvas arrived today and surpassed all expectations. The photo I sent you has become a work of art. The frame is beautiful and the overall look of the piece is absolutely breathtaking. The image that I sent you of my friend and his now deceased father had special meaning of course but will now become something so much more than a mere photograph. I know it will hang in his home and in his heart for decades to come. Thank you all.
