This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Trini, | Response was incredible I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. It was a relief to know that there is still a comoany that honours and respects customers.

First off, the canvas made is for a christmas present and is absolutely amazing! The quality is better than I imagined. It arrived packaged safely and on time. Communication was superb and they answered every question I had.
This was my first experience with these guys and canvas printing in general. I am very happy with the end results and will be using these guys in the future.
I highly recommend them!
