I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy
